It was just built, and they spent millions of dollars on it. Why would they tear it down?

Yea dude, it was built I don't even think a year ago, and it's one of the very few, in fact I think only X-Car in America, AND it's a record holder (first non-inverting loop for those of you who didn't know?). But to answer the question... I wouldn't mind seeing an awesome Intamin Vert Lift coaster. Put the vertical drop where the lift is now, slap a Norweigan in after that, up into a Dive loop and so on. Just a thought.
So, my friend came up to me the other day and asked if I wanted a frozen banana, and I said no, but I want a normal banana later, so... yea.

Well, for one, the LEDs have been a failure so far. Some of the LEDs no longer function properly or at all on the ride.

Yeah, especially since the only problem with them are the LEDs, I think they do need new trains completely... It's the only way! [/sarcasm]

Nothing should replace it. It was fine when I rode it a year ago, and pulled some nice gs.
Boulder Dash was the only good roller coaster.

it is only good on the lift then the non invert lift.. then iut just dulls out
the problem with the ride is that ,,.. the trains are love broke,...
the track is ok... could have been built with a more punch on the ride..

the music speakers dont work well on some days, they only run like 2-3 trains
the whip lash on that ride is too much for a ride, and it just sucks,
they really should have gone with intamin, or B&M, or MAck and gotten a ride that well actually run most of the year and not be in down time

the last time i was there (3 weeks ago) it was down all day
and the week before it only ran for like 2 hours...

worst ride ever....
keep the non invert loop... tear down the rest n rebuild it

The wheel assemblies like...don't move. It rides like a wooden coaster.

Interesting. Has this not been a problem on the Skywheel and launched rides because they're not big enough for it to be too noticeable?

I'm going to assume so...There isn't any X-car anywhere near this scale. Believe it or not the smoothest part is the non-inverting loop...so I guess the skyloops are super smooth.

I'd say it sounds the problem is with lateral movement, because G-Force @ Drayton Manor travels smoothly on the the lift, drop and first hill, which are all simply vertical and rotational movement. But then rides pretty rough for the other elements and turns.
