College Quidditch Teams?

So I just joined The Ohio State University Quidditch team, and I was wondering what other schools have teams, and if you play on them. If you don't, you should totally start one, because it's a lot of fun and is expanding incredibly fast.

Don't think there's a topic about this, so I thought I'd start some discussion.

They don't even love fly.

Surely I'm just joking. It looks like fun, but I'm not sure I'd like to try to steal a ball out of a guy's shorts.

I'd rather go hiking. Even if it's somewhere boring like the midwest at least you can get hammered in the woods or something.

I watched an entire Quidditch competition on the Boston Commons back in october. I know Emerson has a team, and i think Suffolk has a team as well, there were 2 other schools there but didnt find out what schools they were.

Quidditch is the stupidest game to play. You might as wel do LARP.

I was out running in a park last week and I saw a large group of larpers. They looked at me like I was from a different planet, since I was exercising. I caught some of their geek women checking me out, though. owned.

I got bored watching on the Commons after a few minutes and laughed. I don't get it

Not all people who like roller coasters are nerds. Especially those who don't waste their lives on no limits, or countless hours on other types of imaginary parks/rides. Hell, even some of those people aren't nerds. Being a nerd isn't so much what you like. It has more to do with how you act in and outside of your hobies.

If you want to see nerds go to TPR and look at their retarded photo shoots and what they think is funny. Everything is a lame sex joke about some fugly/nasty girl, or a picture of someone making a retarded face. I don't think I could last 5 minutes in one of those busses without being miserable or speaking my mind. It would only be a matter of minutes before I offended someone.
