I am curious to see where most of our members live.
If you choose other, explain where.

It's considered South Florida on the West coast so it's kind of considered it's own region but the region is still in EST...so I don't what it'd be. Because of that it's not considered "east coast" and I KNOW it's not considered the "south"...it would be considered "Southeast" but because you didn't put in "SE" my vote was other...

Florida is for stupid people to retire in. If you like heat, go where it's prettier and it's a dry heat with no hurricanes.

Yes, don't move here. I'm stuck here and I hate the heat in the summer. But then again...the springs, falls, and winters are almost always nicer than most other parts of the country so i'm not complaining there. [:D]

Sorry you're stuck in the Midwest man...you do have some relatively bad-ass parks though...

^The midwest friggin rocks I don't know what you're talking about. Other than 1 or 2 months that we're in now where the beauty of winter is pushed over the limit, it's beautiful year-long.

Falls are chilly but beautiful, brisk and gray with the trees changing colors. Can't beat the white winters; we get the white but still aren't as cold as most places with white winters. We have the ability to witness the magnificence of spring re-blooming as plants come back to life. It really is cool. And summers... Well, you can't beat em. 70-80, sometimes 90s. I don't like to be too hot. Not to mention the cost of living is nothing to complain about either.

Yet the Orlando/Tampa area has one of the highest concentrations of 'really good coasters'

...Gas? [xx(]

Yeah, i'd like some cooler temperatures down here, and i'd love to have a white winter sometime soon, won't happen though. For me, I have to try appreciating what I do have, and that is a warmer climate, never gets too uncomfortable until the summer, and that's the truth, I've lived here my whole life.

I will say that North Carolina and Virginia are beautiful places to live, especially in the mountains...if I moved somewhere, it would be either one of those states first.

edit- ^ and yes we do :)

Anyways, it's not about who's region is better than who's so just leave it alone.
