If that is it, I just think it's a weird thing to tease the enthusiasts about...

Why do you want a walking trail in a theme park? If you want to hike, go to the forest or a state/national park. You can also hike around your neighborhood, or go on a tread mill.

Wise move by the park.

Fantastic way to help murder a 4 year old's energy so he/she will shut the hell up earlier

Who wants to go for a walk while spending the whole day walking around a park anyway? Haha

"Today, more than 1,000 different dinosaur species have been identified and named. However, this is a relatively small number compared to the 10,000 bird species and 5,400 mammal species that have been identified to date. Paleontologists believe that there are many more dinosaur species to be discovered."

"At present over 700 different species of dinosaurs have been identified and named. However, paleontologists believe that there are many more new and different dinosaur species still to be discovered."

??

Random. Pointless. Dumb.

Am I the only one who thinks it looks pretty nice? I mean who are we kidding, the season has almost started. We were getting pretty ahead of ourselves to assume they were making a ride this late into the off-season. Parks aren't only for the thrill seekers, I'm sure the kids will love this. The Cleveland Zoo has an animatronic dinosaur walk, and it was pretty cool when I visited it last year, so I look forward to seeing it on a larger scale. I think it looks like an interesting thing to add to the park, and me being a fan of paleontology makes it even more interesting. And who knows maybe we'll get a ride to go along with it in the future. ;)

"The dinosaur park is not included with general park admission or a 2011 season pass. A separate admission ticket of just $5.00 is required for this major attraction."

Mmmkay.

I'm telling you it's a fantastic energy burner for the little ones. It's a really good idea.

Here's an idea you all never heard of so far. How about extending the Jurassic Dino Trail over to the first tunnel of The Beast so we can watch the Beast train go through the first tunnel? What do you think of that idea?

Edit: And perhaps placing one of those dinos right above the first tunnel!

Museums cost more, and they always display plastic molds of the dinosaurs. Do you guys really think they're going to leave out the real thing behind a velvet rope where it's at the mercy of 5 year olds with a sharpie and the fundies that like to destroy displays?

I know there are no bones being displayed here, but is it really that far off?

Yeah I know museums cost more, but you payed 90$ for your season long pass and they want an extra $5 just to see that?
