Ever since the EarthQuake on 3/11/11 in japan i have become interested in these things including volcanoes and i wonder have any of you ever seen an eruption?

I have always had an interest/fascination with the forces of nature and plate tectonics. I think it is amazing that there are still events that are beyond our control (for now).

The movement of the mantle generates the magnetic field which keeps us safe from radiation
