I think adding the option to remove the banner at the top of all of the videos would be a nice and simple feature.

Hmm, if the camera could...well, I guess that wiki already has that in there, the camera should be able to SMOOTHLY pan, not...twitch pan like it does. XD

It would be cool if you could make a trajectory for the camera, just like creating the rollercoaster track. So the camera can move along those curves with a certain speed and rotation.. that would really make cinema-like videos a lot easier.

Yeah, that's what I was getting to.

And that link that Casper gave had that in there as well...it would be cool to do that with the camera! And also, I wish we could get rid of the text, so that when we "unpause" it won't say "unpause" (in the middle of the screen) in red letters, which is just stupid -- we know we unpaused it!

Then we wouldn't have to like...time when we hit record as to when the roller coaster comes around...we can just pause whenever we want to to get that perfect shot.

You can do something like that in Roller Coaster Tycoon 3

Did anyone see the new screenshots in the NL2 blog. Obviously a joke.

You just exposed what I was going to do for Fighter-Blitz. Nicely done. UCFC...exposed.

Now if NL2 could get the RCT fly-cam I'd be happy.

What NL needs is a final button you push after building your coaster, probably the "?/" key. This button would eliminate all those little pumps and jerks and turn your sucky coaster into a wild and crazy ultimate 10 ride.

I really do not like the automatic heartline feature of ctrl+G. It messes up my classic woodies and Jetties.

There is no automatic heartline feature of ctrl+G.

As far as I can tell, the auto smoother tries to make the radii consistent at all of the vertices involved. Nothing having to do with heartlining

Even when I use the Ctrl+G I still get little bumps but it's better than nothing. By the way, I'm giving up on my recreation of Thunderhead. I just can't get the NL track to do those sharp turns that the real Thunderhead has. I have to admit, Thunderhead was too much edit:(difficult)for me to tackle.

The update is f#cking hilarious! If you look beyond the hastily done Photoshopping, you may notice some of the graphical changes to the engine. For one, the blood decals look legit (not dynamically generated, but as part of the train texture), and the zombies from the B&M sitdown picture appear to be flat-plane models imported into the scene for the occasion. The shaders are looking pretty legit too; they may be from a setting that can be adjusted in the sim.
