Voyage isn't over-hyped. It's a great coaster and I don't even really like it that much. I don't like coasters that beat the poop out of me. Not only that, but my fiance hates riding it, because it makes her surgically enhanced 'equipment' hurt her... and it's boring to ride alone. I don't plan on riding it again until they put Timberliners on it.

Raven ftw.

I also don't understand what the big deal about airtime is. Maybe a lot of fatties like it, because it makes them feel light? (joking)

And that makes it a better overall ride? I like your thinking [:o)]

I never said it made it a better ride, just stating that it has stronger airtime than MF.

A good hard swift kick in your ass can give some decent airtime too, does that make it worth the experience?????

Now, on topic, I really like the way this thing looks, I really need to go back to New England this summer.

^Yes. I think what he's trying to say is instead of spending money on getting Millennium Force, get a Tiger Terror. I'm sure you'll see his logic some time in the near future...it's like a win-win! More airtime, less cost! Airtime defines rides, especially since you can achieve -1G ejector by hanging upside down (yet you can only really get 0G's easily in space, but who cares about uniqueness?)...so the more airtime you have the better because you've experienced it before. Also factors such as speed and theme don't count either. Who cares about those anyway?

Don't worry, it makes more sense when you don't think about it.

Well, it's not ALL airtime. Laterals and feeling of speed, and even positive gs are important.

Tiger Terror is perfect when it comes to airtime and laterals, but it clearly lacks in feeling of speed.

Millennium Force IS a great ride because of it's speed, but it lacks in airtime and laterals.

You're arguing for a kiddy ride, and not a special one at that.

Really??? smh

Grow up and deal with it you whiny bitch. Rather than getting of topic, how about commenting on something actually relevant?

I think the trains are good idea since the PTC's are a terrible product because they constantly fall apart.

Yes I said that.

These trains look pretty good IMO. I love the zero car leading the train, somewhat reminds me of Manta's awesome zero car as well.
So, my friend came up to me the other day and asked if I wanted a frozen banana, and I said no, but I want a normal banana later, so... yea.

Why can't they make wooden coaster trains with the interface of PTCs (i.e. a bench seat, with a lapbar) and inner/under-carriage workings to more modern standards of design and construction.

The parks would definitely plug for these trains because of the whole maintenance side of things, but, do the trains really need all this faggoty ass plastic curvy poop all over the place and restraints that mean that you can't move around at all. I guess it's all about public image and brand perception; these trains look modern and feel safe to the average Joe, but they make an enthusiast has a sad [V]

I am a huge fan of PTCs, but Voyage is the roughest coaster I've ever been on. It will REALLY benifit from the timberliners.

Does that final turn into the brake run look like something a NL n00b would put in to anyone else?

no, it actually reminds me of Cornball... it's a nice lateral snap before the brakes.

Have you been on Gwazi before they put the new trains on?

Also, the ride looks kick ass.
