here in Alberta it's about 9:55 PM. I'm at -7h from green-wich time, also known as GMT

It's now 5:34 AM (GMT, UK) and I think after one last sweep of the forums I'll finally call it a night

But oh what a productive night it's been - you never know, y'all could see my first posted coaster for NL within a few days

only reason I left last night was to drive around, I was bored, well not bored just needed some good ol fast freeway driving, then visited someone after 1 am then left and came home and went to bed then.

LOL, but I don't spam anymore since my post count was reset to zero. So each and every one of my new, positive posts are spam-free!

It's not that I spam mind - my posts (or at least 90% of them ) are relevant, hell some of them even make sense

I set the post count to negative, admin function [:D] I was heading about 130 last night on the highway, my laser scanner set off, slowed down to 70 and lucky enough there was the cop jet flying over scanning the cars. I hate those jets, they sometimes bypass the laser detectors. got radar detector too, but most use the laser radars now.

They really that touchy about speed over there?

Jesus, I've flown past cop cars at 80-90 before today, and paced them at anything up to 100 and they've done feck all.

Most cops over here just don't give a poop about people speeding on the motorway. OK, if you're ripping the piss then they might well go after you, but then if you're in a big enough car they'll have to drop off anyway

Saying that, there's quite a few T5's being used by the coppers over here. I had one (not cop car, just civ) following me at 120 once. I pulled over a land and let him past and he ACCELERATED away from me, from 120mph!

It's a pain over here - once you pass your test you get stuck in a probationary period of 2 years. If you get six points (you get three for 16 over the limit, 6 for 26, 9 for 36, 12 for 46) then you get stuck back at provisional and have to take the theory and test again
