So I just finished up a skydiving class at OSU this quarter, and I have to say it was one of the, if not the single, most incredible experiences of my life. So, I was wondering if anyone else on here has ever gone skydiving, and if so, where?

Here's the video of my jump:

Man, that's just so awesome first skydive ever and you didn't even go tandem. I'll be going in about a month at the age of 17 with my dad, this just made me so much more stoked!

Man, love tandem [:P] I figured that since I may never get to jump again, I might as well pull my own parachute [lol]

Badass man. I love the plane airtime. But that looked so fun. I'm going to try and do that.

Looks awesome. Closest I've come is one of the indoor skydiving things a couple years ago.
Regardless, it was still fun. [;)]

I went indoor skydiving in NH a few years ago. It was pretty cool, and if you closed your eyes it was indistinguishable from free-fall. When you opened your eyes it sort of ruined the illusion though.

EDIT: I started a fad?!?! Now everyone's title reads ______ was here... Achievement get!
Boulder Dash was the only good roller coaster.

^Technically I started the fad because I changed your title... [:P]

On topic, I don't want to go sky diving because then coasters would not be as fun.

So not true. It's such a different experience from coaster riding that it's not going to have any effect on my enjoyment of roller coasters. The freefall at the beginning is almost unnoticeable because of the forward motion of the plane, and therefore you. The 100-mph wind in your face makes it a bit harder to notice the fact that you're actually falling. To be honest, my favorite part of the jump was piloting the parachute. THAT was more like a roller coaster. You could turn it sharply and end up sideways, and it was so cool.
