I found this little gem on the 1st page of the above link:

@Liquidator016 ummm ur#65279; wrong with both

Steel Dragon,japan= 2,009 feet and 947 mph sorry m8

HawkFrost1000

I'm guessing he meant 2,009 ft tall, but, either way still a massive FAIL.

^actually, I meant what I said, the topic was about the tallest and fastest coaster, so I meant 2009 ft tall, that is why I typed it. Pay attention!

Sorry for the bump, but I had to share this.

At Dorney last week while in line for Thunderhawk. Steel Force was still not open and had a train stopped on the lift.

Girl 1:"Why is there a tunnel over that one?" (Referring to Steel Force)
Girl 2:"Well they put tunnels over it when its under construction."
Girl 1:"So that one still isn't open?"
Girl 2:"Yea they just got done building it. I think they took out Hercules last year to build that one and were gonna call it Hydra, but they liked the name better for that green one back there so they changed the name and called that one Steel Force."

10 minutes later when it started running.

Girl 1:"OMG it's open now we should do that after this one."
Girl 2:"OMG I know I love that one I went on it last time I was here a couple of years ago!"

Oh and i've heard little kids say: "Flight of fear is the fastest ride ever, its indoors so if you fly out of your seat you will just hit the wall"

and they also said: "I just went on the racers and it was so fun, it goes upside down so many times!"

Recently, someone said this:

"If you had the power to permanently shut down one Manufacturer and have all of their rides demolished, which company would it be?

I would personally say Vekoma."

While working at Dorney yesterday I heard this:

Boy:"I heard they are building a new coaster and calling it Thief of Force."
Girl:"Thief of Force?"
Boy:"Yea...its make sense...they already have Steal Force, so Thief of Force fits in perfectly."
Girl:"Ohhh wow I didn't even notice that...that's awesome!"

1. A non-enthusiast wouldn't know the name "Vekoma".

2. So, what would your answer to that question be? Obviously, Meisho, Togo and the other jet coaster manufacturers make the worst rides, but I personally would have no problem with seeing all those boomerangs and SLCs replaced with something decent, like a Eurofighter or El Loco.

3. Inb4 CKMWM says that all GCIs should be demolished.

This is more of a dumb bitch thing, but when I was in line for Windseeker at CP tonight, somebody swore up and down that Lake Erie was the ocean.

Well waiting in line for Rattler at SFSA at an ACE event during the GP hours, this one ripped kid, trying to impress his girlfriend, was all like "this ride is one of a kind... like you and me". I thought I was going to puke and I was trying to hold back with all my might that Rattler sucks.

Also, someone said that La Vibora is new.

The other day, i was talking to some guests at the Disneyland Resort. They wanted to know if there was a Starbucks coffee in Down Town disney. I told them no, there wasn't. But this other guest insisted that we in fact did and she convinced the guest I was talking to there was. I just let them be on their merry way. You can't fix stupid. lol
