com'on now gouldy thats not a truck is it, its a van with a flat back, neither are your american "trucks" trucks either, there a 4x4 with a flat back. if you want a truck do it properly and go to scania.

carnt wait to go get my new car now, im so excited. FRIDAY!!!!!

You're talking about a Lorry, doofus [lol] A truck is a flatbed. It's called a "pick-up truck", shortened to truck.

I was meant to be buying a Fiesta tonight, but the love I'd agreed the sale with, sold it to someone else while I was on the way over there to buy it from him, dickhead... So I'm still looking for my second car :/

I hate new Jaguars. If I wanted to buy an expensive Mondeo, I would go to a Ford dealership and be like:
"hey, how much is this Mondeo?"
"?????????17,000"
"Here's ?????????30,000"

they gave you a discount because it's defective.. one can clearly see that they screwed up and installed the steering wheel in the wrong place.

[lol]

It's funny because American cars have the steering wheel on the left side of the car!
Oh, were you expecting something here?

You have your chronology slightly mixed up, I think. Was the chassie not developed at JLR FOR the mondeo, and THEN put into the new jags? Either way, the new jags are the same car as a Mondeo, only with a different body... although not that different given that the dimensions are ultimately the same.

i had to kill many many pimps TMV. i got it on a scheme called ford privalidge as my farther used to work for jag and as part of his retirement he still gets deals on any cars owned under ford with the exception of astons and some of the very very top models. but i been saveing hard for 6 years and i got a pretty good job so yes i treated myself instead of moving to a bigger place. dont need more room. it wasent that expensive either, i had the nice kits but in total cost just over ?????????21,000 (with ford privalidge discount). i know epic coaster trip and so on but need to do other things befor i get there

flappy paddle gearbox is pretty fun but 99.9% of the time its in auto as its just so easy and relaxing to drive. im waiting to have a chav want to race me so i can show them how its done however i have had it today in limited speed GPS tracking. basically it looks at the maps and tells the car this road is 30MPH and so it wont go faster than that. its such a nice car. its still got another 600 miles till it gets out of engine run in mode and will go past 3000RPM.

gouldy your just jelous because all you got is a golf cart with a tiney engine :)

O RLY? Romans created the first roads. The first road surface (I believe) belongs to the Scots. You are British, right? ;)

You did? I still see no proof...Infact, Romans again beat you to Concrete which makes up a lot of roadways here in the US and is perfectly ok for driving on. So are bricks, which would predate Britain as well. My city has a few old roads still unpaved (unless you consider bricks to be pavement) and they are as smooth as asphalt. Maybe a little more "wavy" but not as rough as youd think.

Just sayin, I cant dig up this claim to fame you are throwin out here.

http://inventors.about.com/od/rstartinv ... -Roads.htm

Here it says that, again, Scots not only built the first "modern" roads but also built the first tarred roads.

Asphalt was first used in Paris with regards to roads... Originally I was teasing but now its something more ;)

Sorry to say Gaz, I would honestly prefer to own a Mondeo.

Also, I drive a vehicle with a 3.6ltr Turbo Diesel

As long as you love it, most other people like them as well, but for me - all new Jaguars are just trash. If I had ?????????21,000 free to spend on a car, there is no way it would be a Jag.
