Cannelloni(Italian), sushi(Japanese), kolaches (Czech/Slovak), and Pad Thai(Thailand). Probably in that order too.

Any spiced and/or marinated meat that has come out of my tandoor (Clay oven). Chicken Tikka is a firm favourite but lamb sheesh are also hard to beat. I also like to do full curries in it like butter chicken were the meat cooks in the sauce rather than being fried off first.

I love almost everything Italian. My favorites would have to be Margherita Pizza, Pasta with Bolognese Sauce, and a dessert would have to be Tiramisu. [:)]

Anything Italian. Going to Olive Garden or Carrabbas or something equivalent to that basically means that the evening there will be food-gasm.

Also, orange chicken at Spicy Ginger (local Asian restaurant) is pretty much better than P.F. Chang's version yet is cheaper...which is saying something.

Chimichangas from Mexico. Flautas are awesome as well. (A flauta is essentially a deep fried burrito with steak instead of ground beef on the inside). Never actually been to Mexico but we do have our fare share of Mexican restaurants in So KY :)

I like lots of foods, but my vote goes for Veal Marsala(Italy). *jizzedinmypants*

I like Cajun food (Like bourbon chicken), but that originates from Louisiana, so it's not another country.
I'm also a BBQ fan, but again, american.
So, it'll have to be anything Italian for me.

Also, salads are good. Like the one I'm eating right now. ^.^ Haha, but a Gyro sounds good right now. *stomach growl*
