I'd imagine they just recorded two vidoes with the fly-by view with one shifted to the side by a human eye's width, and then applied whatever red/blue filter you need to make 3d work.

pinnical has the ability to split video like that and alot of the new graphics cards are coming with the tecnology do to it too.
but i would say it was done with pinnical with the 3d render add-on

No it used to be done on nvidia drivers.. i used to do it all the time
