Don't be an ass. GavG was assuming you asked about the lucky numbers thing.

Anyways. Once the list is created which will determine the order of players during the draft, we can start drafting.
Once a round is over, the first 4 players will be moved to the end of the list, and the rest will be moved up for places. This will rotate the list during the draft.
