You do realize you're bitching about the bitching, right?

rcking, you just told him something and your entire argument was based on your "fact" that your opinion is it's a good ride. The argument you're calling out? A fact that his opinion that it's bad. Why do so few people use logic here? They're all opinions, and calling your opinion a fact, then calling names doesn't really help your argument. It just makes you both sound like little kids yelling back and forth.

A complete and utter load of s***? What's the point you're going for here?

Have you been on it? Have you been on Cheetah Hunt? No?

You are calling it "a complete and utter load of s***"? How about the FACT that it's one of the best rides I've ever been on? Hmm? Do you live near this park? No, you don't, so before you call Cheetah Hunt a load of s***, just know that I've been on it multiple times, and it's the best ride at BGT.

You're a dips***.

Right. Ok. Just so you know, I went to BGA this summer, and I rode Cheetah Hunt 3 times. And I thought it sucked. Apparently having an opinion about a ride that I rode 3 times in a day means I'm a dipshit. Glad that's been established.

I rode it a couple of weeks ago and found it to be a pretty boring ride. Not really that great, but whatev.

This is pertaining to Leviathan, but I'm really disappointed that member on here are unable to realize what kind of ride Cheetah Hunt is. It was never supposed to be that extremely thrilling ride! It was supposed to be a very unique ride the anybody could ride and enjoy.

If you're expecting the ride to disorient you while finding ways to knock you out and send drool flying everywhere, then yeah, Cheetah Hunt will disappoint you.

I knew what I was expecting out of it, and Cheetah Hunt is damn well one of the best delivered ride experiences I've ever enjoyed.

Back to Leviathan. I know it's going to be a very fun ride. Sure it has a poorly designed ending to have to resort to the horrible brake-run, but it will still offer one hell of a ride. My complaint was that Wonderland didn't need to have this coaster when there already is a ride just like it!
Oh, were you expecting something here?

rcking, I like and appreciate a lot of rides, but Cheetah Hunt was a waste of time. And I've been to parks all over North America. Most mainstream parks I've been to at least once. So don't assume I don't know anything. The layout in my eyes was just stupid.

I'm just glad that I don't necessarily have to drive 6 hours to Sandusky from Toronto anymore so I can ride on world class coasters (I still will though!). It may look like Behemoth, but a lot of different elements are going to differentiate it for sure. Two world class B&M coasters in my backyard is a freaking dream come true...I'll take it in any shape or form any day compared to back in the day when Top Gun (Flight Deck) was the premiere attraction.

I agree with the brake run but it's going right over Dragon Fyre so I guess I get it. I only wish they'd do more theming after the first drop so we don't get that "Scream" feel from MM (can't believe MM didn't even paint over the freaking parking lines...what's the point of not having a floor if all you're looking at is empty parking spots!?) Perhaps a small tunnel at the bottom like Goliath at Magic Mountain would be a nice touch, IMO. And it would be awesome if they decide to make it floor less...imagine, 306 feet up with nothing under you but tracks that you can see right through.

Getting my season pass now!

Dear God, B&M really decided to go big with this one. As if Behemoth wasn't large enough. This should take a spot in my top 10 to-ride list.

I will admit without hesitation that Cheetah Hunt does what it does very well. The only problem? What it does sucks. There. Does that explain my feelings well enough?

What about Leviathan?

Make a topic about the pros and cons of Cheetah hunt if any of you feel it needs discussing.

Thank You.

Leviathan is very similar to a B&M gigacoaster project I never finished. Mine was called Ke$ha's Dreamcoaster though.

The negativity I see here is astounding...regardless, my own opinion is that Leviathan will be an awesome ride and probably top Millenium Force for my own enjoyment. I love B&M hypers (Nitro is my #1) and prefer their original train style over the tiered seating, Giovanola's design, and Intamin's hyper trains. They deliver better airtime and are pretty much just as open as the newer B&M style. I imagine that the low to the ground turns will give an incredible sense of speed that will contrast nicely with the airtime hills, and that low hill after the first "barrel roll" element should give some crazy floater. I disagree sharply that this is just a scaled up Behemoth...Leviathan is designed to emphasize speed and Behemoth lacks any elements that remain close to the ground. Yes, they both have a large initial drop and more than one camelback over an out and back course. Yes, the layout is relatively short and I would have liked to see a carousel helix or even a sharp S-curve before that crazy brake run. But this isn't a Roller Coaster Tycoon or NoLimits scenario, and with real-world constraints I think this is about as much as could be hoped for out of a modern gigacoaster. And I'd like to note that given the EXACT same layout with Intamin as manufacturer, I sincerely doubt many of you would be complaining as you are.

All that being said, I was genuinely expecting a wing rider or multilooper or perhaps even B&M's first launched coaster. A modern coaster with inversions does make more sense for this park...but it sure as hell wouldn't have gotten me looking into plane tickets to Toronto for 2012. I've been waiting for B&M to go giga since Millenium Force, you better believe I'll be there.

^ I agree completely. The only thing I can say about that brake run is maybe they could have fit some sort of airtime hill in there before the brake run, but maybe I am wrong.
