rollercoasters can never be replaced with movies,
and rollercoastrers can give you adrenaline and such

I have a bandersnatch that loves eating trolls. Anyway, yeah, I kind of just ignored his post because he was obviously just trying to de-rail anther topic, for once it would be nice for threads to stay on topic. Anyway, still curious how they can un-duel a coaster built solely for that purpose, but whatever, it is what it is.

They just delay the release of the trains so they don't hit the collision points at the same time. Hence they don't "duel". Makes a worse ride sure, but its better than an unsafe ride.

The ride lasted how long before these incidents occured? Think about that. The length the ride has operated before this is enough to convince me that it's a safe ride.

Sure, but your average happy go lucky random person doesn't think very much into these things and just reads "two injured on this ride".

Haha, I wrote that article. It was so hard to just report the objective news and not call out people for being dumb and throwing stuff on rides. And dmillz, I'm guessing your friend is Tori?

Anyway, this change sucks. I hate how everyone has to pay for two people thinking it was funny to throw stuff on a ride. The fact that people are dumb enough to throw stuff at that speed just mystifies me. Just like when people try to throw stuff out of MF's queue when the train passes by.

I think it's about time the enthusiast community go on a manhunt for all these people who have thrown stuff at/from rides. Then kill them. Sounds like a plan to me.
