It must be within that range of height above the supports on the template and must remain within the boundaries of the supports as well

Look at the template from a side view. Then go 80 feet above that. This is your maximum height. Any more questions?

Ok iv raised the template supports but the track is within the max height, is that ok??

thats why i am asking, i plan to use a non inverting side loop like on time machine :) and was wondering if that would work since it is counted as a inversion but non inverting loops and side loops are loops with the tops cut out..

Yup, as long as it's based on the original height of the supports!
