I would LOVE to get a new F250 King Ranch. They look so cool and the dogs would have plenty of space to run around in the back. I cant just drop 60 grand on a new truck right now but that is my ideal vehical. Love it or hate it.

I will soon be the owner of an 02 Trailblazer LT. Soon as in a few hours from now. Great deal to. Its worth almost $10,000. I get it for about $3500! See my past post for a picture of the SUV or wait till I snap a picture later tonight.

gas or diesel? they offer the F250 version with both.
and this would be even better than a king ranch
Image
but the king ranch is a hell of a lot cheaper
90k+ vs. 67k for the f350

Diesel cars last alot longer then gas. Ergo, there no question I would go with diesel.

I would only get that thing if I had a really long and heavy trailer to tow. Even then, the F series trucks can haul those loads to.

i wouldnt even think of getting one now because:
1)in Ohio where i live im pretty sure you need a CDL to drive one
2)in Medina the city i live in most of the roads are to friggin narrow for it
3)they are too damn expensive

Got enough hatchbacks?

The UK pretty much exclusively drives hatckbacks and hot-hatches. When the roads are as small as ours and the parking in towns is as sparse and as small as it is in our country, the only cars that make sense to own are hatches.

This isn't 4chan btw.

But that truck is laughable haha

Well he could just carry the sheep around with him instead of having to sneak up on them at least.

But really though even considering that truck says a whole ton of bad about a person

Possibly. But they are a BITCH to upkeep. My dad had a diesel duelie for his work truck and it did what it was supposed to do. Except an oil change on a Diesel is RIDICULOUS. He said that in the end the cost of maintenance was too much and gas, while the price at the time was higher, was cheaper in the long run simply because the maintenance was so high.

Plus glo-plugs in the winter SUCK. If you forget to plug in the truck just once on a cold night - guess whos not starting their truck in the morning?!

Then again this was awhile ago. But I still think the oil changes and such are insane. I think I heard theyve since fixed the issue with the glo plugs having something else help heat them.

I am a small engine machanic by trade.. there are few gasoline engine problems i can not diagnose and fix.. this gets harder when computers start controlling everything like they have been for the last 20 years, when it comes to diesel i have repaired very few, and while they are stronger, last longer, and consume less fuel i could not see myself with a diesel vehichle .

Yea. They have great qualities but my father had no clue just how expensive the oil changes were.

Oil change for standard large truck (V8 or V10) was like, 40-60 depending. Diesel? it was almost double or triple. That adds up if you want the engine to stay clean and running well. 150 bucks for an oil change through a FRIEND who gave him a deal on labor? The oil filters alone were like the cost of my V6 Synthetic oil AND filter.

I traded in my Dodge Ram 4x4 for a 2011 Chevy Cruze. Swore I never would get another GM product for many years, but I gave in when I test drove this. It's actually a very nice car. Looking forward to not seeing the gas pump nearly as often.

No picture yet, but might upload one later.

It's a highly rated car, and since he isn't 16 he doesn't have the "OMFGZ MUST GO THE FASTEST" thing going on anymore.

Also you have to consider pretty much anything is an upgrade from a Chrysler product.
