But none of that really hits here so it's okay.

Ahh, this is a very sad day indeed. I've ridden both sides of the ride several times and it was truly a one of a kind experience. Those rides have been in my top 5 coasters ever since I first rode them. While I am extremely glad I got to ride them while they were dueling, I feel very sorry that people will no longer get to experience that rush.

I wish they would have at least tried alternate methods of prevention like a catch net between the rides like there is on Hulk to prevent things from falling onto people on the pathway underneath it during the 0-g roll.

^Ever since I heard about the incidents I've wondered why that was never considered.

It would be impossible to create a net because of the already close proximity the two trains are to each other. In order for nets to work would be for the loops to be moved further back from each other... That's what I think.
Oh, were you expecting something here?

I am never going back. End of story. What a waste.

Yes and I mean that. Ill take my wife to Sea World and Tampa and she can ride her favourite ride Manta and I can enjoy everything there. What an effing joke.

You must be kidding me. I mean, that was sort of the highlight of the ride. Now we get to ride it as a "dragon chase." Whoopdy doo.
So, my friend came up to me the other day and asked if I wanted a frozen banana, and I said no, but I want a normal banana later, so... yea.

Lol I didn't very much pay attention to the other track anyway. Other than the loop who cares... they're both still going to be rides that I enjoy.

But the way I saw it was that in order for the loops to be considered safe clearance-wise, there must be space between the clearance envelopes. I don't see why they couldn't just occupy that little available space with a net. I dunno though. What you said is always a possibility.

especially since both sides have a huge straight section before the loops
What are these for?

That really sucks, but I cant say I blame them since they can possibly get sued over it.

Haha wow you guys are old on this. They deleted the dueling program from the ride's computer system like a month ago.

@ Jayman, I think it's still a great park with great rides. Both of the dragon coasters I think are great rides in their own right. Also, don't forget about the Incredible Hulk coaster and the amazing themeing that I would argue is on par with Disney's.

^^Do you even need to make posts like that Jake? Sure you like boasting of your jump in-the-loop knowledge, but until someone made a thread like this, no else would know. "Wow you guys are old on this..." he says. Jeesh. A month is not that long.

Jake, feel free to contribute to the site then if you knew this for so long. Otherwise, it's news to other people besides you.
