I haven't slept in 3 days, working on my design project for architecture school, due Wednesday, the model I've worked on for nearly a week deiced to fall and smash when someone bumped into me while I was holding it. So now I'm on my 4th night of little to no sleep in a row trying to rebuild something that just simply cannot be built in 2 days, on top of that I have to have 6 very well done drawings of the model, a whole presentation planned out, and I don't see sleep an option for tomorrow either.
What are these for?

Haha, we have a architectural engineering program at our uni as well, and I always think it is silly how they are judged on how good they are at arts and crafts instead of focussing on important matters.

I couldn't agree more. I learned more about architecture in high school than I have in my first semester here. All i do is make something out of nothing and don't have a clue what abstract painters like Piet mondrian and Marcel Duchamp have to do with architecture, but yet 3 of the 7 projects have to do with those 2 artists, and now they have us building lamps from sctatch.

Does your architecture lab have cots in it? Lots of schools have that as a feature lol

Not a very structurally sound design if it fell apart with someone bumping into it...

You know, instead of posting on here, you could keep working and maybe have something as good as the half-assed attempts around you. [lol]

Judging from the pictures, the aesthetics were no better.

^^ Its not like I can build on top of it as the glue dries, I needed something to keep me awake while it dried.
^ Before it broke it actually impressed alot of girls on how pretty it was so aesthetics is already accomplished I'll put a pic of the final model tomorrow
