Here is a basic vertical loop: http://www.mediafire.com/?v4quxiz5a4i17l8

Image

Exit Values:
Vert G: 3.409
Lat G: 0
Roll: 0*
Pitch: 0.17*
Speed: 25.98 m/s

Everything else is consistent from before.

I'm pretty sure the link will work, but it is my first time using that.

Sorry I had to find my monster condom for my magnum dong...
Translation: Sorry, I had to add an mcbr to this, or else I wouldn't sleep at night.

So I'm gonna jump in and say I can't believe how decent this track design is actually turning out. Minus some bumps and a couple spots with awkward shaping, I have to say so far so good. Lets hope nobody screws the post-MCBR track lol.

Yeah haha, that is one of my concerns too. I know it's up to them to use what they want, but I wouldn't recommend anyone to use newton at this stage of the track. Try to take your time handbuilding it, maybe even use Hsak or some other tool with some basic ahg'ing. But, yeah really glad to see how well the track is coming along. Hopefully the supports and maybe the 3ds *cough*architect*cough* are going to be just as good.

...or, you could use Newton and not be bad at it. That would work well, other than the track connections which are always a pain.

looks really good everyone! Would add to it but don't want to screw it up... I'll just wait for supports.

Add your change to the trackfile info section and I'll approve it.

Approved, track is open. Also keep in mind the differential between the mcbr and the station. There's not much room so be careful.

So basically it's an oversized trim.

:| forgot about that thing... I knew there was a reason i didn't sleep well last night. Well, I made a fix at V9, so wing-over if you still want your turn download the fixed V9 here. If you were working on a handbuilt element please save it as an element and put it into this version [:(]. I'm very sorry for this inconvenience.

Only problem is now with the extra braking there's nowhere near enough speed for the element I was making. Ah well, I'll think of something else.
