Does anyone a good screen capture program that is free and is better than the pre set one in No Limits?

I guess you could take a desktop screenshot with the "prtsc" (stands for printscreen) button if you have a PC and then paste the image into a program. If you own a toy (Mac) then it's some bullpoop with like 5 buttons for the same function but it lets you set the size instead of just taking the whole desktop.

I think he means to make videos not take screen shots.

You can use Fraps. Run no limits in 25% and record at high settings (then speed up the video by 4 in whatever editing suite you choose to use). Record the audio at 100% then sync the two together.
