I have a white screenshot for my latest upload, what caused this problem and can it be fixed?

It's a .jpg
Size = 800X500

needs to be 800x600, just resize your screenshot, and it should work....its just the system having trouble with the mismatched dimensions

Uploaded again and have the same issue. This time I used an 800x600. The file may be corrupt?

Are you sure it's a jpg image and not a gif image?
