I'd say neither is scary. Thrilling perhaps would be a better choice of words [:p]

Maverick and Top Thrill Dragster are the only roller coasters to this day that I've been on and yet still get me excited when I'm about to go on them. I think it's actually kind of sad. I used to get excited about every new roller coaster I was about to go on, where now it's like I'm so used to them that there's just no scariness left. So honestly I really can't vote, but Maverick and TTD still at least make me feel something before the ride begins that other coasters can't anymore.

Coasters aren't scary, drop rides on the other hand scare the poop out of me. Drop Tower at KD and KI both did more to scare me than any coaster ever will with the possible exception of Tower of Terror at Gold Reef City in South Africa.

The only coasters that really scare me now are flying coaster lifts, like Tatsu's. Never fails to freak me out.

It's its very sh.tness that makes it so good. It's probably the only genuinely thrilling roller coaster I've been on... it's certainly unique. When you're heading into a turn at 40mph (although it feels like 60 because of how low you are to the ground) and you can see that the turn is BLATANTLY too small and badly shaped and horrendously banked, your sense of thrill does become ever so slightly aroused [lol]

Put it this way; in the sea off ultra smooth B&Ms and other modern coasters, The Ultimate stands as a good reminder of what roller coaster are meant to be about.

I've only seen videos but I think the Ultimate looks pretty cool. I mean its clearly badly shaped but. I think it adds to its uniqueness.
What are these for?

I rode everything except the 2 coasters in Japan. (Which is going to happen in July.) But I'd say none of them are scary. I have yet to find a ride that is actually scary to me...

Was. Now it's just a pointless dive machine with a silly lift and no holding brake.

Personally I don't get scared by UK rides anymore (which sucks), although I imagine if I were to go on TTD/Kinda Ka I'd be at least intimidated by the shear size.

From experience people tend to be more scared of Oblivion than other rides, so I guess I'd vote that or a bigger dive machine.

I was a tad intimidated by TTD (it's size really) but after that - nothing. SheiKra was probably the final barrier if you will. First 200 foot coaster and a two vertical drops. After managing to ride it when I was 12-ish (I think), nothing really scared me anymore.

Luckily drop towers still give me some jitters (because they are so crazy). The height and the really gutty drop are really awesome.

I always thought that needed Whizzer style seating to complete the experience.

Sheikra scared me decently. Hades was a bit scary, if you will, under the dark tunnel. It lasts a long time lol. And yeah, the generic Power Tower/Drop Towers scare me, but only the drop towers. The ones that launch you upwards are not scary but in my opinion much more exhilarating.

This is relevant:

http://games.yahoo.com/blogs/unplugged/america-5-scariest-roller-coasters-175426570.html

This is describing I305:

"It boasts no fewer than five hills so sharp you'll be weightless as you hurtle over them -- one, indeed, had to be toned down last year after riders complained it was causing them to lose consciousness."
Oh, were you expecting something here?

Nothing scares me anymore cause when I was like 4, I did the Phantom's Revenge at Kennywood. I was a tall child :) But nothing really scares me except for Lex Luthor because I'm going there this summer so I have to do it but it seems so intimidating...400 ft down at 85 mph is a bit intimidating [:I]
