1. See how dirty the trains are? This likely indicates that train had never had a full C check, any level of routine inspection, or any form of NDA testing which is standard here in the US. If you can't see the bolts or running gear because there is so much grime you need to take a cloth and wipe it off to see it.
2. While this is a cheap knock off of several manufacturers designs the up stop gauge is set wrong on the trains. If you properly setup your trains at the last wheel change out, and you can now slide your fingers underneath the up-stop wheel, your running wheels and up stop wheels need to be replaced due to material loss.
3. If you ripped out the hitch somebody done goofed bad. If your safety strings broke as well, somebody is just plain negligent. Also the design of the connection points for the safety string is incorrect. The current design would allow the cable to peel away from its connecting bolts in the event of extreme lateral movement. As is the case with most derailments of failure of wheel assemblies. Go to a proper park and you will find that most companies use double crimped eye loops welded or bolted into the lowest frame member of the car so that there is no way in hell it can come loose.
Fun Fact: The Texas Giant derailment in 2009 involving the would famous red train avoided a fatal accident because the safety strings were rated for twice the service weight as the hitch and the strings reduced the moment of the train beyond the track by only a foot.
This ride is called "Happy Roller Coaster" and is built by Hebei Zhongye Metallurgical Equipment Manufacturing Co.,Ltd, a company famous for building arrow loop screw knockoffs and slc's. They are now building a colossus knockoff with an extra loop and they call it "Journey to the Stars" Lol
