An Intamin Mega coaster I've been working on for the past little bit. This unnamed mega is tall, fast (at 80 mph) and forceful with G's topping out around 4.7 and bottoming out around -1.6-1.7. It also features a steep drop that feels similar to Millennium Force's and several flat turns so far, as well as a low to ground overbank. What should come next?

This is also entirely handbuilt. I manipulated the vertices to be close to the same distance from each other, which helps a lot with smoothening. I plan to use AHG after the track is completed.

I'm in a designer's block right now so I need your help on the rest of the layout! :)
What are your thoughts?

Maybe not. From what I've read Skyrush pulls -2.0 at one point? Idk.

You're G's should be fine. It's not like their sustained. Im gonna guess that the -1.7 is just a spike?

4.2 seems too strong to be enjoyable assuming it's sustained for most of that turn. Personally I think that turn should be widened a bit.

Yeah, the ejector airtime on SkyRush is absolutely insane. Makes anything creeping on -2 ok now I guess :/

That must explain the really stupid lap bar? Have't rode Skyrush yet but those restraints just look painful and uncomfortable.

Typically the rule of thumb is to stay under -1.8 vertical G, and only invoke such extremes for very brief time periods (i.e. 0.2 seconds). There's a point on El Toro that produces the same negative Gs, and the lap bar digs into your legs.

I have ridden Skyrush, and it's not painful in the slightest. The restraints are a little stupid, but they're definitely needed.

IMO, any airtime in NL that reaches up to -2 is acceptable if it's only for a split second. Sustained airtime like that is too much.
Plot Twist: I'm still alive
