Stop uploading. PRACTICE. Study real coasters and work on the shaping, Your biggest issue lies within the shaping of your elements. If you're not sure, you can ask the other members for advice.

^That. Spend a lot of time on something and make sure you think it's great before you upload it. It seems usually if you receive criticism on something you thought was amazing, you tend to take it more seriously.
