Since a long time, I wanted to make a coaster in a city, going throught skyscrapers and buildings.
This video inspired me :

I think that a coaster in a city looks really nice.
I started this project many weeks ago but I was too lazy to finish..
I think I will finish it this week, I will post some pictures of the work tomorrow. It's a LIM launched coaster.

Ask a staff member to do that. Since you asked, I'll do it now.

-How does the ride start out? I think a launch straight up a building would be really cool.

-What program are you using for your 3ds?

It's a horizontal launch then it goes in a top hat climbing a building. I didn't made the 3ds, so I don't know the program used, maybe I could ask the author.

I was trying to pack the track with NL Track Packager and I got this message : Run-time error '53': File not found...
Anyone knows what's wrong ?
Edit : OK I found the problem, it was a 3ds object, too bad it was great one :(

I like the look of this - Will rate at some point this week :)

note: I think calssing it as a realistic coaster is slightly pushing the boundaries haha.

I can't get the scenery to work, but I think there could be so much more to this project than what there is, I say add to it and refine it and make it perfect, It has potential to be amazing but what you have right now is no where near what it can be
What are these for?

I tried it in my other computer and it works fine. Make sure the scenery is enabled.

I really don't know what's wrong, I tried it again on another computer without NL to make sure, I installed NL there and the packager and the scenery works fine.. If someone got the scenery please tell me.

No scenery and track editor says references to objects cannot be found or loaded

I think I know what's the problem, I didn't put my objects in the NL object folder, I put them in a random folder, is this the problem ?

It works! Yay!

I liked it, I love the concept of a city coaster. I have a few criticism for your improvement, though :

- The trackwork has some flaws, spend more time on it, make the roll longer for instance..

- The city has no real shape, it's lack a better layout. It feels like the buildings were build after the coaster and not the opposite.

Anyway, keep up the good work dude! ;)
