Frontier's 3D sim Coaster Crazy on track for 2012

One thing nice at least the creater of this new coaster simulation he actually publisized himself when he gave the details about how it works in some video. But the creators of NL or SM never publisized themselves. I just dont know why they dont but I guess everyone has there own thing.

Actually a patented is not much in this case. But a trade-mark is a whole different thing. Does the name of this site have a trade- mark?

Without either, we stil are recognized as coastercrazy for the past 10 years so we still have some rights over the name, particularly since it's the same market and they are including file sharing.

They may be able to skirt you on this one. They could argue that they're releasing a product, you only have a registered name. On the other hand, that game could generate more traffic for the site.
