Will this actually happen? Would be very good for the UK if it did. It would be in an odd position in the UK though; although I guess the location is with Europe in mind, rather than the UK. It would benefit from the Eurostar Tunnel in that location, and it's close to 7 million cockneys.

It is just one of those 'never gonna happen because crisis/no government money/bankrupt investor/fraud' cases.

I like the idea something that could compete with Disney, but this won't stand a chance.

Brownfield site, probably trying to stop himself sinking haha. Does look pretty exciting if they can push it through, I heard 1 years worth of planning already gone into it, plus it snot just a theme park so there are other incentives to get this project moving forward.

At this stage, for me this is possible, but not probable. We shall see if it gets the private funding they need for it move on from here, but the country is pretty dead at the moment financially so they could have a tough time of trying to sell this.
