Great upgrades to a great park. Gotta love Dan and Pat going through the announcement video.

Speaking of, here is that video.

Once again, disappointed at the lack of a steel coaster, and yet another slide. Kinda hoping for another coaster. Is it me or does it seem like they're expanding the water park more-so than the dry park? I know of a certain Kentucky amusement park that did just that.
Well, I suppose it's not as bad as that since they're also getting a teacups ride.
Hopefully they get a new coaster in 2014 since the last one they got was in 2006. I've been wanting a steel coaster besides Howler.

^ They already have 3 great woodies, much like knoebles a major steel coaster would just feel out of place. Their coaster collection is just fine the way it is. Not all parks have to be like SF parks or Cedar Fair parks and add a new coaster every 2 or so years.
What are these for?

^I think they could really benefit from a steel though. In the Fourth of July section, a nice little launched looper would be nice. The woodies look great in the forest, so a neon steel would upset that. But in the Fourth of July section I think it'd work well... perhaps have a fireworks theme.

When they did their poll for a future coaster, I put down a "launched looper", because it features "two firsts" for the park, and I think it would go well with their lineup.

They said 2014 and 2015's additions will be bigger... I'm sure one of them will be a coaster.

This is an extremely smart move for the park. Some of you need to stop thinking like cruddy enthusiasts and be real!

What are these for?

People being bummed out about any park making a smart move and not building a new ride or coaster is extremely annoying.

^I agree, their water park is booming, it only makes sense to expand there. The Plunge move is also smart... it was kinda desolate back where it was.

When is The Voyage getting it's Timberliners?? :/

It honestly makes me happy that Holiday World is expanding like it is every year. I don't like water parks at all, but I can honestly say Holiday World is one of the best parks I've ever been to. The atmosphere, cleanliness and the quality of rides are top notch, this is why I go at least once a year. Sure, I would love a new coater, but all in good time! I'm sure that when they do build one, it won't dissapoint.

I just figured with the other Timberliners up and running, The Voyage's would be too. Guess it's not the case though.

^^ Exactly

^You have to remember, Voyage wasn't designed for Timberliners. Those coasters were. Voyage is a completely different animal too...it is far more aggressive. It's like taking a kids bicycle onto a BMX course haha. It can work, but it take's a lot of effort.

They don't have an update (I'm assuming) because no Timberliner testing will even begin until after the season. There is nothing to report since last year.
