""Story""
I was at a new Japanese park today testing the parks new TOGO coaster and saw that it successfully completed the course. I then ran the 5 car train around again and pressed E stop at the control panel while the coaster train was running to determine if it would stop in the station. The coaster train came speeding into the brakes and stopped at the station correctly. I then released the E stop. Well the lapbars rose up and it seems both the main station brake and the lap bar release mechanism malfunctioned at the same time. The train went through the course again with all the lap bars in the up position!! Houston we have a jet coaster problem!

The station is not in an inversion,it is before the bottom of the lift like a normal coaster. I just managed to make the train stop in the right place of the station, to make the restraints fly up and the train continue on.

*clicks on pictures* Yeah, now I see the speed of the train through the inversions. I stand corrected; creative brake settings in the station.

Based on the last picture, he was. Luckily though I'm sure he used his laptop sleeve to wrap him and the seat in a sleeve burrito. Otherwise he wouldn't be here to post this incident.

Also the track is floating but that doesn't seem to be the main concern for safety here.

Well, well, looks like Meisho has had the same restraint/main brake problem too. Going into those two big loops and corks with the restraints up? How scary!
