looking for skilled Environment creator

I have a difficult environment I need. My Project is based of "Call of Duty Zombies" mode. Tranzit specifically from Black Ops II. Now I need an environment that creates a post-apocalypse.

-Dark Sky
-Medium Fog (almost looks like Night)

You should check out Dave's environment pack over at NL exchange. It's got a lot of beautiful scenes, and some dark ones. Head over there and search for it, you'll find it.

when its done i want to see this at least now i know im not the only black ops 2 fan on this site

I think there's one Environment here I might be able to use....but if anyone is willing to create that skybox, please let me know.
