Basically Will's widow thinks that the agreement that the Koch's had was not dealt with and so she fired Dan and hired a new president in Matt Eckert. The Koch's are appealing the ruling to get the park back under control of Dan Koch.

It will be interesting to see what happens here but I bet the Koch family wins this case easily. Your thoughts?
