Okay to use a elment from Muscial Peat for my Bootywork Coaster

I contacted him years ago and never had a reply to this day.
Here is one of the elments that was from his coaster.

Is he even still alive?
If I give him full credit for his two elments in my upload description, is that still okay to upload this coaster when the support work is done?

I would think that if he never replied, just credit the element creator in the description when you upload, and in the info box on the nltrack file.

I'm sorry... what is the element, exactly?
