What am I gonna do? I have the layout of mine pretty much finished (did not rush it) and yet we're not even halfway till the deadline, and I don't wanna upload too early. I suppose custom supporting a wooden track would pass valuable time till then.

I'll try it, dunno if ill actually have enough time what with college and all, but might as well give it a go, if not, I'll at least enjoy building on the template ^.^

Edit: max speed for transport sections/lifts?

Or, if you are able to get it done with 3ds, something that it's between those options

I think this is referring to topper track, so I would say that steel supports on it would be fine although I don't really see the point.

Also, what is the max transport/lift speed?

Indeed. As long as the main track is partly wood (not just the ties like on a minetrain), then it can have steel supports.

Also, what is the max transport/lift speed?

No limit.

While I agree with Ajax, and that topic should not be explored. I would think that topper track constitutes to wooden track, because the track is mostly made of wood. At least, that's how I've always seen it.

Topper track is not considered steel, therefore it can have steel or wooden supports. It goes into the 'something in between' category.

There seems to be no environment for Jonny Richey's topper track rail texture.

If someone rates a contest track, will the rate influence the results or will the judging be treated as separate from the regular users' rates?

No, the results of the contest are based on my ratings alone.

I'm kinda concerned that we're getting closer to the deadline and so far we have just two entries on the exchange (would have been three if that one guy hadn't changed his mind). I hope we get a bunch more entries in the next few days, considering the number of downloads the template has received and a final round would add a bit more fun, for those who enter it, and more entries would decrease the chances of a particular builder winning.

Less than a week to go, how many of you are still on course of finishing and submitting a ride?
