I opened up my editor for the first time in ages, and when I tried to right-click and drag the screen, my view moved incredibly slowly. I have to pick up and drag my mouse numerous times to bring the screen to where I want it. I've tried fully re-installing and played with some settings, but I can't seem to fix it. Is this problem familiar to anyone here?

I have this problem sometimes. Update your mouse drivers.

You might be in software mode somehow, or need to run as admin. It's 2013, so mouse drivers are unlikely to be related.

As it turns out, the problem did come with my new mouse. The software it installed seemingly changed my Windows mouse sensitivity, and since I could just mess with the settings on the mouse itself I never noticed. No Limits seems to not like that, though. Thanks for the pointer on the drivers, scrolling is working better now!
