[Tool] NoLimits Track Packager 1.0.1 for MacOSX 10.6+

I was looking for the NoLimits Track Packager since a while, especially for MacOSX 10.7.
Unfortunately there is only a version for 10.6, compiled for PowerPC Architecture. The Trackpackager was working for 10.6, because of Rosetta (for executing PowerPC Binaries under Intel Macs), which is removed in 10.7+. I coulnd find any solution, so, here is my own solution.

The release version is not completly tested, because I have not that much time at the moment. So if you find bugs or something else, please report it

I dont know. I own a mac since 8-9 months and had no need for creating and extracting nlpacks. Since I have some free time (Had my exams last week), I wanted to check out new tracks.

The missing NlPackager for Mac made it impossible. So I started to develop this tool 5 days ago.

There is already a TrackExtractor for Mac, but only for OSX 10.6-. I dont know why the developer never compiled the source code for intel mac (I mean, he only have to recompile for new architecture, without doing something on the source code).

I found some bugs with filenames where an "umlaut" is contained.
So these are fixed, and will be released soon.
