Floorless4, I love that you believe we've never seen that before... We are totally 'suckers' because we are waiting a little longer. TPS is already 3 1/2 months past its release date and it hasn't even sent out the beta that was promised to its contributors.

TPS looks awesome and I may pick it up eventually, but i think if you're serious about the design of your coaster, the choice is pretty obvious. I'd also like to think that over time Ole will add some more features like those seen in TPS to fill out the experience. If not i can always learn blender and 3d modeling.

WOOOO! I knew it would be before Half Life 3. Now let's hope there's not another schedule slip this time.
I like how it's on a Friday.

I just thought of something that I think might be cool: if the site had a countdown clock to release, like the Kentucky Kingdom site.

Yes you are right from what I've gathered also. We'll keep our fingers crossed again hoping this will finally happen. Keep our hopes up high cause I know it will happen and this is what I've been waiting for all this time.

Sorry it's a good question but I'm afraid we don't have that information. But if you want to see something cool check out our official Facebook page. :)

We could even make a GCI layout with actual airtime, a world first for them!

Are we going to get official system requirements? Will it run on a AMD 2.4GHz chip and Radeon 6550? And I knew it was going to be expensive. Going Pro Version, are you?

This was copied from the 12OCT2013 update at nolimits.de:

-Windows XP is required, Windows Vista/7/8 or newer recommended
-Renderer uses Direct 9.0c in Windows version and OpenGL for other OSs
-Renderer requires ShaderModel 3.0 graphics hardware with at least 256MB VRAM
-Initially there will be a version for Windows only, Mac version is planned for next year
-2 GB RAM recommended.
-Fast graphics hardware highly recommended (seriously)
-Will make use of multi core CPU, 2 or more cores highly recommended

Not sure if this is the new train style but clearly I could be wrong.

It's not new. Just the updated wooden Morgan trains from NL1.

Thank you Sauron, but I did see that update. I need more detailed specs than "fast GFX" and "multi-core CPU". I'm a complete hardware novice. It's just the 2 last ones that I'm concerned with. My PC is good with all other specs. That's why I was asking for "Official" specs.

I am running on an 2.4GHz AMD A8-3800 APU with built in Radeon HD 6550D GFX Card. I really am clueless about this stuff. I have no idea if this will run NL2. What are your opinions?

I am very excited though that NL2 is just about here. It looks better than I initially thought. The tiny details are very impressive. Ole and the Gang are the biz-zombs. And the old school swinging inverted coaster, ie Ninja/BigBadWolf rides. I can't wait. Wonder if we still have to modify the wood structures with the new auto-support?

Your processor is quad core, so that will be fine, but I'm worried about your video card. My search indicated that it's integrated vice dedicated, and integrated graphics cards often pose problems for high-demand games. My advice is to download the demo first before buying it.

I'm going to purchase regardless. I should be able to buy it and if I can't use it until I upgrade my hardware that is fine with me. I'll at least have it. I really can't wait to see what you guys make. Especially with multiple rides on one map.
