More teasers!
I hope there is a way to import the same sound effect in nl2..

So which one do you think I should finish first when it comes out?

Stuff looks fantastic man. You're easily one of the best designers out there right now. Keep it up!

So just as nolimits 2 is about to come out and do all this for me, I finally figured out how to bake shadows into my 3d models..

But none of that really hits here so it's okay.

What? No 4D or B&M Flyer or B&M Drop rides, Kyle? Lol. I'll be starting with the Flyer myself. I really like the new editor features that I've seen. Wow. I hope my PC will at least run it on low settings until I can upgrade Motherboard, CPU and GFX Card.

I can't wait to re-continue some of my projects in NL2! The revitalization effect that NL2 has on already existing tracks omggggggg.

The Speed Monster one looks spectacular. And the first one, CCI?

I still have a whole bunch of coasters to go. Looking good Kyle!

Lol at the shadows thing! Just hoping all the shadow details and stuff in NL2 doesn't require extreme hardware to look a tad decent.

I love Speed Monster, so that looks cool. And I just think the CCI looks great, and lengthy.

How difficult was it to model all that in blender? And is it difficult to pick up? Looks absolutely fantastic, I'm jealous dude

Yes, but there are online tutorials. It's not one of those programs where you can just open it, realize the intuitiveness, and start modeling right away. You NEED to absolutely rely on the tutorials. Hot keys aren't too hard to pick up, but texturing, to this day, I still find difficult. Not like Object Creator or Sketch-Up.

Yeah its tough I just looked at tons of tutorials, but you do get to s certain point where you can figure anything out. I'm still learning, but the more I learn the faster it is for me to model well. I personally didn't take too much time to make the model itself. If you ever have any questions on how to do something I know some tricks that you won't find easily in tutorials.

I actively decided to remain ignorant on how to bake shadows into textures because of the sheer ridiculousness of the concept and the amount of texture space wasted. Although the better alternative; using a lightmap overlaying the geometry, is a more reasonable alternative that I perhaps should've looked into. (Despite the huge waste of polygons that it is.)

That kills performance though on high poly models. I won't be baking the textures on this though, maybe the ambient occlusion if anything.
