Help Wanted

So I have a pretty big ride planned for NL2 and I need to know something. I can figure out the roller coaster with the longest length but I need to know the worlds longest duration on a roller coaster. Does anyone know this?

Also, for this future ride to be fully complete, I may need someone to do some 3D's. It would be a lot and I'd understand if you don't want to. Any takers?

I will be starting this project when NL2 comes out, it will be using one of the "new" train styles.

So, the two questions just to clarify:
1. What roller coaster has the longest ride time from station to station and what is the length?
2. Does anyone want to help make an awesome roller coaster by doing the 3D's work? (I'll be doing track and supports)

(Bonus Question) 3. What kind of ride do you think it will be?

that's actually a pretty broad question. There are factors to consider. The type of ride, ie jetcoaster versus "normal coaster" is one big thing to consider. As far as I know, the ultimate at lightwater valley still holds the record for longest track length on a coaster (7,442 ft.), but as far as ride time is concerned, that's tough, especially when the lift is factored in, there are many rides that have extremely slow lifts which just eat up a timer, so, that ls probably something you should consider. Ultimate may also have longest ride time, roughly 7 minutes.

Multiple sources list Ultimate as the longest ride time with 5 minutes and 36 seconds.

alright, so reliably if I wanted to make the longest duration coaster it would have to be 7 min and 30 sec at least. I don't know if that will end up being the case but as for the longest track, yeah that might happen.

So on to question number 2, anyone want to help make a fantastic ride with me?

Cool5, I appear to be a little skilled with support made 3D's, but this ride calls for detailed 3D's

You should make your new coaster a hour long 20 mile long, 1,600 feet tall ride with 10 very slow 0.5 MPH lifts if you want the longest coaster.

I can help with 3D's depending on what you're doing. I would also need a few things.

cool5 it took me more than an hour cuz i put the speed for the lift 1 mph and at the end of the ride im always stuck
