hi bjj0001, what I meant is I had my email address, I no longer used it for years, juno.com decided it was a dead account and wiped it. I can't access it anymore. I've tried to recuperate it or reregister again with no luck. So the email I bought nolimits with, I can no longer use.
"juno.com"?! Hmm?????????, let me try getting in contact with them, and see what I can do!
I would highly suggest you provide me with any reason why you didn't use your email account on juno.com for years, so that I can prove to them why you need this account information back!
If they claim that they don't have any archives to store deleted account information, I will do what I can to make sure they're put on everyone's blacklist, as an email host without public request-able backup archives for emergency purposes would be considered criminal, as hosts like it are likely trying to steal personal information! I absolutely cannot guarantee that this is the purpose of the email host, though!
Edit: OK, I can tell you now that juno.com's free email service will not respect your privacy completely! You're better off signing up for a free email account at Outlook.com powered by Microsoft! They have a reputation for that, and I have been using their service for quite a long time, even though as undergone many evolutions. (Their service originally started as MSN Account and MSN Hotmail. Many years later, that name change to Windows Live and Windows Live Hotmail. It was not that many years ago that they decided to change the service to Microsoft Account, and renamed the email service to Outlook.com.) If you need a new email account, I highly suggest you go with Outlook.com! However, even though they respect your privacy, they will wipe your email data after one year of inactivity, unless you subscribe to Ad-Free Outlook.com, which comes with no email service expiration, and no ads, but it costs $19.95/year to maintain.
I do hope this information helps, and I sincerely apologize for all that you've been through! But?????????, understanding that Juno will not respect your privacy or allow email expiration exceptions, I strongly recommend that you do not ever go back to them!

Honestly, I think that when you go to buy the game, to get your discount, you will enter your registration email and serial code into a form and it will apply the discount to your order. Also, each email and serial code can only be used once to get the discount, and limit one discounted copy per order.
Element5 by Digital River Inc. deleted the purchase history records for NL1 due to 60 days of inactivity on the developers' account (according to their Terms of Service). Because of this, your Registration Key and Serial Number won't be enough to help you get a discount (without the original Proof of Purchase receipt email).
