Just tried a quick test for you and it's not working for me, either.

You type your message out, click submit, but then nothing happens. Almost as if the submit button isn't doing anything - it doesn't try to load another page or anything.

Shoutbox is going to be gone in a month or so. I guess we can leave it broken for now. Somehow plantoris is making it work...
