Jakizle what kind of a graphics card do you have? If you only have an integrated Intel one it could be the problem.

The demo may be 32bit only, not sure about that. The full download comes with both 32bit and 64bit versions. We recommend using the 64bit version on Intel Core 2 or AMD Athlon 64 and newer processors.

@Devs:

Will there be more prefab parks soon in an update? And is it possible to ride the Tango, Ferris wheel, Enterprise or Swinging Ship?

Also, will there be an update for changing the default path to custom parks? I really like to put my parks in another partition then my C partition.

@Phyter, I have a receipt and code from purchasing this last night. However, I still don't have an e-mail of where I can download the full game and actually input my license key. What is going on in my case?
Oh, were you expecting something here?

I tried both the 32-bit and 64-bit versions, I tried updating all my drivers, all settings. However, still can't this game to run smoothly. I don't know how this is possible, but even on the lowest settings with just shadows on it's very bad. So far, I'm kinda disappointed with this.

I think the key to running NL2 properly would be a modern video card, not the processor.
I don't know too much about computers but I know that the AGP video slot on motherboards will not run NL2. You need a motherboard that has the PCI Espress video card slot.
Here's the video card I have:
EVGA brand, PCI Express 2.0, 512 Megabytes of RAM, DDR3, and contains NVIDIA GeForce GTS 250 processor and comes with a FREE overclocking utility.

If that card doesn't work I have another one more powerful. Here it is:
RADEON HD 5850, PCI Express, 1,024 Megabytes RAM, GDDR5, Direct X 11, Requires Windows VISTA or Windows 7 or Windows MCE whatever that is.

I also have 8 gigs of RAM. So if my computer won't run NL2 satisfactorily I don't know what computer will.

My only problem is I only have a phone dial-up connection to the Internet and my maximum download speed is about 6 KB a second. I'm sure NL2 will be far better than NL1 and there will be updates to make it even better.

If somebody is having problems with the FPS please state, in detail, what kind of grafics card are you running. Thank you.

Running the sim on an Asus ROG 750jw. Intel i7 4700HQ @ 2.40GHZ, 8GB Ram, Nvidia Geforce GTX 765m 2 GB DDR3. I have to say graphically it is absolutely gorgeous! Frame rates on my machine are also good 30fps min in every park I have them capped at 80. My only complaint, and I understand the language barrier and all is the tutorials and help menus. OMG I get a headache even trying to read them! Please tell me this will be addressed!

But what does that have to do with the program not even opening from my desk top?

Hi ya, I just downloaded the nolimits2 demo. Well at least the graphics and shadows had improve I can only tell you that i'm very happy how it came out. Maybe the downside of NL2 in certain instances my laptop is slightly not powerful enough to handle the frame rates in certain areas as it is powerful to handle crysis game frame rates. Well again that don't really matter as long as it can run on my laptop just the way it can run. Maybe another downside the price is rather too steep for the pro version. No offence though but that's just how I feel. Since i'm on a budget maybe i'll just settle for the nonpro version because that's all I really need or maybe for right now anyway if I decide to make the purchase. I sure cant wait for theme park studio to come out to see how they both compare. Well that's about all I have.

I do believe i have the first NL2 track on the exchange! Yes its an import from Nl1, but there has been 7 hours of improvements done to recreate the environment, less supports for better efficiency

Is it okay to do so since we have to register our own products with our own keys, or is that not allowed?
