I am going to make the assumption that you are using Google Chrome when trying to do this? If so, Google Chrome is not, uhmm, very good browser/ Sure it's fast and what not, but it is not very coastercrazy friendly.

I use FireFox. I'm not sure what FF option/s would make it not work.

Chrome is CC friendly, just not with PM in general.
Something to do with QuickTime.
