need help with two things (Newton, Overlay)

As for Newton, I need help making a non-inverting loop...element usually found on X-Cars or premier launched coasters....I can send you my existing newt2 file if needed.

And for overlays, I'm trying to make one for X-Flight at SFGAm, but I can't figure out how to get the scale right. If someone could help me with that I'd appreciate it.

If someone could explain how to use the overlay publicly, that would be awesome
