Yea, I think there is a bug that they know about with uploading from IE, if you were using that?

Yea, IE had been having some bugs lately, not sure if they have been fixed yet. I know uploading works on Chrome and it seemed to work for you so glad that's all taken care of :)

Hi,

I'm having problems uploading my track to the exchange. It is the first time I've used the uploader so it's probably something I'm doing wrong, so if somebody could point me in the right direction it would be much appreciated.

Here's what I'm doing and whats happening as a result;

Here is what I'm trying to upload;

Image

& here's what happens when I try upload, I get the following error message once the file has finished uploading.

Image

The 94.4Mb Track file is an .nl2pkg which I have archived as a .zip file? (I also tried to upload the .nl2pkg directly but that also failed with the same error screen.)

The Screenshots are;
1. JPEG - 921Kb
2. PNG - 2.13Mb
3. JPEG - 2.46Mb

I've been uploading using Google Chrome & I have tried on 3 different platforms, Windows XP, Windows 7 & Windows 8 and I get the same error screen on each PC.

I've also tried on several different occasions over the last couple of weeks, so I don' think the problem is a "server is misbehaving today" issue.

I've also tried uploading with my firewall disabled just in case that was causing the problem, but still no luck.

So I'm guessing there's something wrong with how I've prepared the files for upload. If anybody can shed some light on the situation, I will be eternally grateful as it's driving me crazy!!

Thanks,

Innovtech

Please upload an empty track with all of your screen shots to the site, then PM an admin with the track file with a dropbox / one drive w/e link and we will manually attach.

We are working on large file uploads but the native upload tools we have were never designed to upload large files.

Error Code 500 - that was exactly what I saw when I tried to upload my track on NLE! They wouldn't let me! :sad:
