Looks like mother nature is celebrating Holiday World's announcement by releasing the Thunderbird over my town!

Almost looks like a bird flying away, angled down towards the horizon. One of the coolest lightning bolts I've ever seen!

This is one of my favorite pic of Gatekeeper, I have a lot of them, but this one stands out to me.

So here goes with some of mine, I use a Samsung NX1000 with the 50-200mm OIS lens, been doing photography for about a year now, fully self taught aswell as teaching myself Photoshop as well. I took these pics of Rapteesha today because I was bored. They need some color editing and for seagulls to stop crapping on the ride.


Also Oscar got like 100+ random pics so twitter should be saturated with CP pics unless you guys contribute some other parks to prevent that........

I finally went mirrorless a few weeks ago and bought an Olympus E-M1 with the 12-40 f/2.8 and absolutely love it after spending 2 weeks on vacation shooting it.


An older pic from back in March shot with my old Sony A57


New pic from just a week and a half ago from a wildlife refuge just out of Eureka CA, shot with the E-M1, RAW to TIFF in the Olympus RAW converter and then further editing and B&W conversion in GIMP.

Photos are amazing! The nature is feeding us a ton of good ideas for NL! It always happens before you start making memorable tracks!

That first picture of the tree is amazing!

I'm not much of a photographer, but I've taken my fair share of pictures at the concerts I've been to.

Looks pretty wild! "R-O-A-R!!!! F-I-R-E!!!! Ta-Da! Y-E-A-H!!!!" Heart-Pumping!
