So 2 foot deep, assuming a 12 inch circumference is about 180 lbs per leg. Hopefully you don't plan on having any riders pull more then a few G's or that puppy's going to jump out of the ground.
When the swing set is finished and installed, I want to climb up to the top red parts and sit up there on the night of fourth of July to watch the neighbors fireworks.

Could you film some video so we can see how it holds up with you on it. I think some of us are interests in such a set.
I just came back from a playground at my town. My mother measured the distance between the end of the chain and the ground and the bottom of my bottom to the ground to get measurements for my 13 foot tall swing set. I also slipped the two tall tube slides and a couple of other smaller slides.
I now have all of the swingset 2 foot deep footers dug and each one has a paver in the bottom. I am SO SO UNBELIEVABLY EXCITED TO STRIPPER POLE DANCE VERY SOON! I really wish I had the poles on my 13 foot tall swingset up right now. I went on a straight pole 8 foot swingset last Monday but I totally forgot to think about dancing on the poles.
The 13 foot tall swingset will be raised tomorrow morning! We are having a neighbor coming over with a backhoe and using it to raise it to a standing position. I guess I can be pole dancing real soon!
