NOTICE
I will be out of town from today, the 3rd to the 10th and I will be unable to moderate this game during that time.
I am asking you guys to self-police yourselves, have good judgement, and approve the tracks yourselves. If you are asking yourself, would TTD03 really approve this, it's best not to do it, because then the rest of the participants can veto against you. I have asked Turbo to look over this topic once a day and keep an eye on it, and I am giving him full power to approve and deny any additions to the track. Now, the only thing he will not be responsible for, is moderating the 3 turn wait time before you can go again, that will have to be self-policed by you guys and if you see someone going again before their 3 turns are up, call them out on it. Just remember, there are no reserving turns, the person that gets to go is the first person that posts after an addition is released.

How are we supposed to edit if it's a package file though? Also I know I just went, I'm not taking a turn I just wanted to make sure the head chopper didn't actually chop heads lol
